2 Jul Sonics AYL U12/U13 presentation evening - from 6pm on DOWNS (near cafe)

NOW ON THE DOWNS BY THE CAFE!
Please bring picnic and we plan to do U12 v U13 and U12 Dads/Mums v U12 Dads/Mums (fun only!), plus presentations for Player's Player, Coach's Player & Most Improved.

Once again we have to complete the player Avon Youth League registration forms and ID cards for 2010/11, for which you will need provide three photos.
I will be bring the registration forms and cards to the social event on the 2nd July so please bring three photos of the player and details of:

Date of birth
Players doctor
Address
Present school
A list of any serious medical conditions
Nationality

Feel free to email me the above information and I will part fill the form for you so all you have to do is sign.

Update: will be a tough competition - Boco, St Nics, Bitton, Wotton, Yate, Bristol Rover Juniors & a team from Newport. Good chance to cause a few upsets! There will be 5 or 6 matches in first round.
